What's covered
- Lifetime warranty against defects in the frame of studio-grade apparatus
- Coverage on parts and components against manufacturing defects
- Upholstery and moving parts covered against premature failure under normal use
- Genuine replacement parts and upholstery available for the life of your equipment
What's not covered
- Normal wear from heavy studio use (e.g. rope, upholstery, and spring wear over time)
- Damage from misuse, improper assembly, modification, or accidents
- Cosmetic marks that don’t affect function
- Commercial abuse beyond recommended use

A Reneau Reformers apparatus is designed to be serviced, not replaced. Because we manufacture our own equipment, we can supply genuine parts and fresh upholstery for years to come — which is why studios keep the same reformers running through thousands of hours of teaching. If your equipment ever needs attention, we're here to help you keep it in service.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact our team with your order number, the product model, and a short description (photos help). We’ll confirm coverage and arrange the repair, replacement part, or upholstery you need.Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes. We stock genuine replacement parts and upholstery for our equipment so a reformer or tower can be maintained and re-covered for decades. Contact us with your model and we’ll help you find the right part.Is the warranty transferable?
The frame warranty covers manufacturing defects for the original owner. If you’ve bought used equipment, contact us — we can still help with parts and service.
