What we stock, and why

A Pilates reformer is a long-lived purchase — a studio machine will run thousands of hours of sessions before anything on it needs replacing. So the things we screen for are the ones that decide whether a machine is still good in year eight: frame material and joinery, carriage bearing type, rail tolerance, spring gradient and how the springs stack, footbar adjustment range, and whether wear parts can actually be replaced rather than requiring a whole new machine.

That last point matters more than any marketing claim. Equipment designed to be serviced — ropes, springs, upholstery and wheels available as parts — outlasts equipment that has to be thrown away. It is the single biggest difference between a reformer that costs less up front and one that costs less over its life.

What we publish

Every product page carries the specification, the price, and the quantity discount tiers before you add anything to a cart. Our warranty terms and shipping and returns policy are written out in full rather than summarised into a badge. Where a machine has a real limitation — a footprint that needs more clearance than people expect, a weight rating below the category norm — the specification says so.

We don't publish customer reviews we haven't collected, and we don't borrow other companies' press coverage. When we have verified reviews of our own, they'll appear here with the verification attached.

Helping studios plan a room

Studios buying four to ten machines have a different problem from a home buyer: layout, clearance, circulation and budget all interact. Our studio planning guide covers space per station, realistic room capacity, and how the quantity discount tiers change the maths on a full fit-out.
