An essential Pilates tool, the East Coast Step Barrel is our version of the “spine corrector” with a traditional shallow well. The shorter arch accommodates users of all shapes and sizes, while the slightly rounded step offers support during movement. Our premium dense foam padding provides greater comfort. Integrated metal handles provide assistance during exercise and offer convenience in moving and storage.
The spine corrector is used to perform exercises that lengthen and strengthen the torso, shoulders, back and legs while correcting or restoring the spine’s natural curvature. An ideal piece of equipment for aligning and mobilizing the spine, the Spine Corrector can also assist with improving posture.
