An essential Pilates tool, the Contour Step Barrel is our version of the “spine corrector” with an elongated arch that accommodates users of all shapes and sizes, and a rounded step for gentle support during movement. Our premium upholstered foam padding provides greater comfort. Integrated dowel and cut-out handholds offer assistance during exercises and convenience in moving and storage.
The spine corrector is used to perform exercises that lengthen and strengthen the torso, shoulders, back, and legs while correcting or restoring the spine’s natural curvature. An ideal piece of equipment for aligning and mobilizing the spine, the Spine Corrector can also assist with improving posture. Stock color is black.
