At Pilates Solution, we provide clear and transparent shipping information so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Total Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (including processing and shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier operations or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Fees

We charge a flat shipping fee of $575 per order for all Pilates reformer deliveries within the United States.

This fee reflects the cost of handling, packaging, and transporting large and heavy equipment.

The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Large Item Deliveries (Pilates Reformers)

Due to the size and weight of Pilates reformers:

  • Orders are shipped via freight carriers

  • A delivery appointment may be required

  • Delivery is typically curbside delivery

Customers are responsible for moving the equipment inside the property.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and accessible.


7. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping demand

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, additional fees may apply.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

10. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damage

We will assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
