RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Reformers LLC, we aim to provide a clear and transparent return process. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

The restocking fee helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, assembled, or damaged items not due to our error

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

4. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will, at no additional cost to you:

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund (no restocking fee applied)

Photo evidence may be required.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted (if applicable)

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
